You will bridge business needs and technical implementation for wealth management platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze platforms and applications to document current and future state requirements.
• Own design documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and integration specs.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, QA, and SMEs to gather detailed requirements.
• Define, analyze, and document business requirements to develop technical solutions.
• Manage project-level requirements and maintain a knowledge repository of solution architecture.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management, Virtual Assistants, and Large Language Models.
• Understanding of N-Tier architecture, APIs/Web services, and database/SQL.
• Experience creating Functional and Non-Functional specifications.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and SharePoint.
• Experience working with synchronous and asynchronous business workflows.
• Ability to translate between business and technical domains.
• Experience in agile methodologies, including user story writing.

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
