Description

You will own the functional definition and delivery of the Paperless module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery sessions with operations, business stakeholders, and product owners.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and technical-ready specifications.
• Design digital workflows and user interactions for web and mobile applications, creating wireframes and user journey flows.
• Produce and maintain functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of the Paperless MVP module independently.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional design.
• Hands-on experience with Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile UX patterns.
• Good understanding of modern web applications and APIs.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Order Central – HVP architecture.
• Experience with Angular / Web platform development cycles.
