You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within a healthcare context.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder management and user story writing.
• Perform gap analysis and process mapping to optimize workflows and system integrations.
• Design technical solutions and document system configurations using UML and BPMN.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage the software development lifecycle.
• Support system implementation through technical documentation, training, and client engagement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Technical Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database querying.
• Proficiency in API integration and ETL processes.
• Strong data analysis skills using various reporting tools.
• Experience with system configuration and UML modeling.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Healthcare domain expertise including HIPAA compliance and HL7.
• Knowledge of Healthcare RCM, claims processing, and EHR/EMR systems.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Medical Coding, Denial Management, and Payer/Provider systems.
• Familiarity with BPMN and workflow optimization.
