Description

Act as a techno-functional advisor bridging business needs and technical execution within the Salesforce platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into actionable requirements and technical solutions.
• Break down scope, features, and capabilities into manageable chunks for development.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering and design through SIT, UAT, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and product managers to ensure alignment with technology strategy.
• Drive planning, prioritization, design, and deployment of system improvements.

Required Skills

• Experience performing functional and solution analysis specifically for the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Agile and PI Planning methodologies.
• Ability to create and groom user stories to drive delivery.
• Experience managing small to large-scale projects, often handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong capability in requirement gathering, design, development, and prioritization.
• Proven ability to coordinate with technical resources, quality testers, and application support teams.
• Skill in conducting demos and presentations for stakeholders and upper-level management.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage the concept-to-delivery process, including go-to-market and launch phases.
