Description

Bridge functional requirements and technical execution for large-scale ERP implementations, focusing on Oracle EPM and Essbase environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of reporting solutions for budgeting, planning, and forecasting functions.
• Execute full lifecycle ERP implementations or upgrades covering General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Procurement, and Grants Accounting.
• Manage technical and functional workflows within Oracle EPM and Essbase.
• Support complex budgeting and planning processes through technical configuration and functional design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Minimum of three large-scale Tier 1 ERP implementations involving budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and proficiency with Essbase.
• Direct experience in both functional and technical aspects of budgeting and planning.
• Deep understanding of GAAP.
• Experience managing ERP full lifecycle implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with higher education financial accounting, including fund accounting and position-based budgeting.
• Knowledge of encumbrance accounting and ERP modules for Financials, Procurement, and Grants Accounting.
