Description

You will configure and support UKG Workforce Central (Kronos) for timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and attendance. You own the end-to-end setup of business structures, employee groups, and labor category profiles.

Responsibilities

• Configure Kronos modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
• Set up and troubleshoot Kronos Clock Terminals, Intouch Devices, and Manager Access requests.
• Monitor and resolve daily, weekly, and biweekly interface jobs to ensure data accuracy.
• Diagnose technical issues using hyper-find queries, genies, and Transaction Assistant.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users on system functionality.

Required Skills

• 3-10 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant.
• Strong expertise in UKG Workforce Central configuration.
• Proficiency in SQL Programming.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve integration component issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).
• Boomi certification or UKG-specific certifications.
