You will serve as a Workday specialist focusing on Time and Absence modules.
Responsibilities
Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.
Recommend best practices based on industry experience in Workday Time and Absence.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance.
Manage client interactions and communications effectively.
Adapt to different Workday modules and US-based time zones as required.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in Workday modules including Time, Absence, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent.
Deep knowledge of US Workday Time & Absence processes such as Time Entry, absence processes, Overtime, shift differential, shift premium, and exception time.
Hands-on experience with Time off Plans, Time Calculations, Time Codes, and Time Entry Templates.
Proficiency in absence codes, work schedules, calendars, holidays, and public calendars.
Strong client interaction and communication skills.
Experience with HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
