Description

Own the configuration and delivery of Workday Time and Absence modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SLA standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.
• Recommend best practices for Workday Time and Absence based on industry experience.
• Configure Time off Plans, Time Calculations, Time Codes, and Time Entry Templates.
• Manage client interactions and ensure effective communication across US time zones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain SLA compliance and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Workday modules, specifically Time, Absence, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Deep knowledge of US Workday Time & Absence processes, including Time Entry, Overtime, shift differential, shift premium, and exception time.
• Hands-on configuration experience with absence codes, work schedules, calendars, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Core HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in various US time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Time/Absence certifications.
