Description

You will design, implement, and migrate Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions, including Enterprise, Frontline, and Cloud Apps, while supporting Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and M365 services. You will assess existing Citrix environments, execute migration strategies, and provide operational documentation and knowledge transfer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Citrix infrastructure, application compatibility, identity, and network readiness to produce migration reports.
• Design Windows 365 architecture, networking, Intune management, security baselines, and disaster recovery approaches.
• Implement Windows 365 configurations, Intune policies, security baselines, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Build pilot environments, migrate users, validate applications through UAT, and resolve migration issues.
• Monitor Cloud PC health, perform capacity planning, troubleshoot user issues, and optimize licensing.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years in End User Computing (EUC) with minimum 3 years in Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix to Windows 365 or AVD migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Windows 11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Conditional Access.
• Understanding of Identity Management, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Networking Fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, or VMware Horizon.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Terraform, and migration tools for applications and user profiles.
