Description

You will implement and manage securities custody, settlement, and corporate event systems for Mexican financial institutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure native integrations with Indeval and SWIFT for messaging, reconciliations, and corporate events.
• Manage DVP/FP settlement processes, including repos and loans, in compliance with Banxico circulars.
• Implement segregated account structures to prevent asset mixing and ensure daily operational reconciliations.
• Develop exception management workflows with defined resolution times and KPI metrics.
• Ensure system security through encrypted access, tamper-proof logging, and end-to-end traceability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Techno Functional Consultant in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of CNBV, Banxico, and Indeval regulatory requirements for custody and settlement.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT protocols, ISO 15022, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in managing corporate events, rights, and tax withholdings (QI).
• Ability to design consolidated client reports and monitoring dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation logic and exception handling in trading systems.
