Description

You will manage Veeva Vault configurations and Microsoft Dynamics NAV operations, bridging technical implementation with functional business processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure Veeva Vault environments (eTMF, CTMS, PromoMats, MedComms, or RIM), including user access management, security profiles, and license assignments.
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics NAV systems, handling configuration changes and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Create and maintain Work Instructions, and manage Veeva Vault QMS change controls.
• Monitor vault health, including size, age, and license usage limits, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Analyze ServiceNow ticket history for trends and manage communications via email, ServiceNow, and team channels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in techno-functional roles involving Veeva Vault and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Hands-on configuration experience in at least one Veeva Vault module: eTMF, CTMS, PromoMats, MedComms, or RIM.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Nav).
• Experience managing Veeva Vault user access, security profiles, and group assignments.
• Ability to create and manage Work Instructions and QMS change controls.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management and trend analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate with business and IS teams.

Preferred Skills

• Veeva Certification in one of the core Vault modules.
