Description

Bridge business requirements and technical implementation within Supply Chain Management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and support SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, and Logistics.
• Design and implement system enhancements, customizations, and SCM workflows.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues while coordinating with development teams.
• Conduct functional and integration testing, manage data migration, and support go-live activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in techno-functional roles.
• Deep knowledge of SCM workflows.
• Experience configuring Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, and Logistics modules.
• Ability to perform interface and integration testing.
• Experience with data migration and system customizations.
• Proven ability to create technical documentation and train end-users.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with end-user training and support.
