Description

Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules, focusing on Core HR and selected functional areas.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, and Payroll.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for complex business logic.
• Configure and manage HCM Extracts for data integration.
• Create and optimize BI Reports for workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
• Deep expertise in Core HR.
• Strong proficiency in at least two of: Benefits, Absence Management, or Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
• Experience with HCM Extracts configuration.
• Proficiency in building and managing BI Reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud upgrades and patches.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations with Oracle HCM.
• PMP or Oracle Certified Professional certification.
