Description

You will act as a techno-functional consultant specializing in Oracle Utilities implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Oracle Utilities applications (CC&B, MDM, MWM, or WAM) using configuration tools, business objects, and service scripts.
• Develop and implement solutions leveraging SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, and web services within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Analyze and map utility industry business processes, including the meter-to-cash cycle, billing, and field service operations.
• Integrate Oracle Utilities solutions by applying SOA architecture and integration patterns.
• Support the delivery and compliance requirements related to utility regulatory standards and smart metering systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Hands-on experience with MDM, MWM, and SQL.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Java, XML, and Web Services.
• Strong working knowledge of SOA Architecture and Oracle Database concepts.
• Deep understanding of utility industry business processes and meter-to-cash cycle.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Utilities implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Utilities certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
