Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical designs and implementations.
• Create, assign, and track module work plans to ensure project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to the team to ensure work completion.
• Manage multiple tasks independently while leading technical and non-technical communications.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Lead or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube core banking.
• Knowledge of Virtual Account Management (VAM).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
