You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within the banking payments space.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement custom technical solutions and system integrations.
• Resolve technical and functional issues to maintain seamless system operations.
• Design product strategies, manage product lifecycles, and define product roadmaps.
• Execute end-to-end solutions following standard software development life cycle methodologies.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in technical and functional leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in the Payment Domain and Banking Domain.
• Hands-on knowledge of International Remittances and messaging standards including MT and ISO 20022.
• Strong understanding of banking payments, fund transfers, clearing systems, and clearing houses.
• Comprehensive knowledge of basic banking transactions and daily operational activities.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing the full software development life cycle.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on payments migration or modernization projects.
• Proven leadership experience and relevant industry certifications.
