Description

You will lead end-to-end development and support programs within the banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead entire programs covering end-to-end development and support lifecycles.
• Manage complex project activities and large-scale teams of 60-80 FTE.
• Oversee technical delivery for J2EE, Spring, and Microservices projects.
• Direct medium-sized teams of 30-50 members through high-pressure project phases.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in technical project management.
• Strong technical background in Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases.
• Proven track record in the Banking domain, specifically Lending or Supply Chain Finance.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with 60-80 FTE.
• Knowledge of IBM Websphere and secure coding practices.
• Experience delivering J2EE and Microservices-based architectures.
• BE, BTech, or MTech qualification.
