Description

You will lead content strategy and visual design for internal events, communications, and executive presentations. You own the end-to-end creation of promotional assets and engagement materials.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials including posts, flyers, illustrations, teasers, workflow diagrams, infographics, and videos for Hackathons, Ideathons, and Tech Days.
• Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations tailored for internal teams and leadership.
• Build content strategies and communication templates by collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Design unique themes and concepts to drive participant engagement during community sessions and office hours.
• Manage graphic design expertise for both digital and print assets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Graphic Design expertise for digital and print assets.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Poster Design and visual storytelling capabilities.
• Content Management and strategy development.
• Employee Engagement through visual and conceptual design.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a UX Designer.
• Program or Project Management experience.
