Lead Oracle HCM cloud applications and HR/Payroll project delivery, bridging functional requirements with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM cloud initiatives.
• Coordinate onshore project resources and stakeholders.
• Ensure project milestones align with contract timelines.
• Bridge functional HR/Payroll needs with technical execution.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Proven background in HR and Payroll project management.
• Technical foundation to support functional delivery.
• Experience managing onshore project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with initial six-month contract project structures.
