Description

Design, implement, and maintain SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions for Utilities customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions as greenfield instances to meet business requirements.
• Customize and configure applications, including workflows, reports, business rules, extensions, integrations, KUT fields, and custom objects.
• Integrate SAP Service Cloud V2 with third-party applications and other internal systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Service Cloud V2 environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud V2 or greenfield implementation experience with SAP C4C.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2 and SAP C4C.
• Technical expertise in SAP C/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
• Deep understanding of customer service processes within the Utilities industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Service Cloud V2.
• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite and DevOps practices.
