Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow requests, tasks, and projects within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional development, support, and implementation of ServiceNow projects.
• Document detailed functional requirements and user stories in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Execute development aspects including reports, integrations, interfaces, database design, and enhancements.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle by creating test plans, writing ATF scripts, and coordinating UAT.
• Host sprint planning, provide resource estimates, and present changes at Change Review Board meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and functional implementation.
• Proficiency in configuring, coding, scripting, and performing data loads.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) and ADO Testing Module.
• Ability to work independently to align platform instances with the ServiceNow product roadmap.
• Familiarity with SAP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an Agile framework.
