Description

Bridge business requirements and technical implementation within an ERP environment to support end-to-end solution delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Formulate user stories by incorporating functional, business, and stakeholder requirements.
• Define and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional teams and System Integrators to shape end-to-end business processes for out-of-the-box solutions.
• Identify interdependencies between business processes and ensure user stories are effectively connected.
• Manage risks and support solution design, development, testing, UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of professional experience as an IT, System, or Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale ERP, Digital, or IT delivery projects.
• Direct experience with SAP solution delivery.
• Knowledge of Payment functions and their integration with SAP.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to communicate business needs to technology teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in cross-functional workstream collaboration.

• Any Graduate degree.
