Description

You build and maintain reporting infrastructure using Power BI and ServiceNow to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive-level reporting.
• Extract and analyze data from various sources to support business decision-making.
• Automate reporting processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Create custom ServiceNow reports based on specific customer requirements.
• Identify trends and generate data-driven recommendations from customer data.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in Power BI and data visualization.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for building complex reports and graphs.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting.
• Proven ability in requirements gathering and building reports for senior executives.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies.
• Ability to analyze customer data to generate insights.
• General knowledge of business operations, strategies, and information flow.
