Description

Manage IT system integration and operational processes in a telecommunications environment, aligning technology with business goals through analysis, implementation, and training.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult with managers to define IT system roles and evaluate emerging technologies for efficiency gains.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for IT infrastructure upgrades and system investments.
• Design, implement, and oversee the installation and configuration of new software solutions.
• Perform system testing, quality audits, and data analysis to integrate software into business practices.
• Deliver end-user training and create instructional manuals for adopted systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology and operations.
• Strong background in telecommunications systems and processes.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise systems and solutions.
• Ability to conduct rigorous cost-benefit analyses for infrastructure upgrades.
• Experience with system testing methodologies and quality audit procedures.
• Proven ability to drive client business outcomes and cultivate strategic relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
