You will produce and manage technical documentation for products, tools, and services.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, and refine technical information and product specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop precise knowledge base articles.
• Manage complex information and multiple projects, including drawing swim lanes.
• Implement technical documentation updates based on feedback and changes.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all technical materials.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing content within specific project specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
