Responsibilities

• Lead UI teams and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, optimized code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and Node.js.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT industry experience with a focus on leading UI teams.
• Expertise in React, including core principles, hooks, Redux, and React Hook Form.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and the JavaScript object model.
• Extensive experience with React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and ES6.
• Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, CSS preprocessors, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and fetch libraries such as axios or react-query.
• Proficiency in unit testing components using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with front-end build tools including Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Familiarity with JSON Web Tokens (JWT) and code versioning tools like Git or Bitbucket.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Benchmarking and performance optimization expertise.
