Description

Lead technical design and implementation of mass customer communication solutions within the Dynamics CRM ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical architectures for mass customer communication using customer insights and marketing modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead development and integration of communication workflows within Dynamics CRM.
• Oversee implementation of email and messaging services to ensure effective customer engagement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience focused on Dynamics CRM.
• Hands-on development experience with the D365 Marketing module.
• Proven experience implementing solutions for mass customer communication.
• Direct experience working with Twilio.
• Direct experience working with SendGrid.
• Experience managing email communication integrations.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

• Any Graduate degree.
