Description

You will design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions, aligning them with business objectives and enterprise architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify and define scalable automation opportunities.
• Own the full RPA lifecycle, from solution design through deployment and integration with existing IT infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor RPA development teams, performing code reviews to ensure quality.
• Prepare solution design documentation and support Agile delivery models.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA solution delivery and enterprise-scale RPA architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with UiPath.
• Strong understanding of RPA frameworks and design methodologies.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and flat file processing.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery models.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
