Technology Architect
- Interact with Ministries, technical divisions (clusters) and other government entities to onboard new program areas to integrate with the enterprise public authentication service.
- Work with a 3rd party SaaS vendor to plan, design, test and implement authentication and identity verification solutions to support business requirements.
- Facilitate technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify issues and risks related to system integration; determine mitigation strategies and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Technical Knowledge (30%)
- Advanced knowledge of IT security authentication technologies and related IT components
- Demonstrated experience with implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, identity federations, identity provisioning and multi factor authentication systems by utilizing enterprise-grade identity management services such as OKTA and Interac
- In-depth knowledge and experience implementing identity management protocols such as OAuth2.0, OIDC and SAML 2.0
- Demonstrated experience with integrating large, enterprise, public facing identity systems with cloud-based identity services such as Okta, Azure AD, B2C and Auth0.
- Experience with ITIL processes such as Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management and Capacity Management

- Demonstrated leadership skills providing technical advice and resolving complex business and technology problems.

- Hands-on experience planning and leading complex technical Proof of Concepts and providing reports including recommendations based on the results.
- Experience in documenting, tracking, and managing issues and service requests including impact assessments of complex issues.
- Experience in providing clients with support for issue investigation troubleshooting and resolution.
- Experience working with managing external vendors; ensuring compliance with Statements of Work and contracts; drafting work orders/change requests and ensuring deliverables are met on time and budget.
