Description

You will support the profitability calculation engine for Commercial and Investment Banking P&L lines of business.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business end users to gather requirements for data aggregation and analysis.
• Develop data models, access structures, and reports using SQL and Python.
• Ensure data accuracy by identifying and resolving inconsistencies within large financial datasets.
• Partner with US-based stakeholders to improve data completeness and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics within the banking domain.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Deep understanding of commercial banking P&L and balance sheet attributes.
• Experience migrating data from Oracle to BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with Excel for data manipulation.
• Ability to work closely with US-based users in PST time zones.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as required.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in commercial banking.
