Description

You will support the technology GRC function through continuous auditing, monitoring, and external audit coordination.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive technology compliance activities, including managing external audits and service readiness.
• Draft compliance reports that summarize objectives, key findings, and remediation paths.
• Work with technical teams to remediate findings and identify root causes of internal control issues.
• Coordinate compliance activities with distributed TechGRC teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure internal controls are well-defined, effectively monitored, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity or security compliance.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC2, PCI, ISO27001, HITRUST, or HIPAA.
• Understanding of core IT processes including SDLC, Identity/User Access management, and Backup/DR.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both IT staff and business management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage distributed compliance workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Security-related experience specifically within cloud environments.
