Description

Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle to solve complex business challenges, from problem definition and data collection through to model deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional AI solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor AI models in production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure scalability, performance, and quality.
• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess data and select appropriate algorithms.
• Transform proof of concepts into production-ready products.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML development.
• Proven track record of transforming at least 3 POCs into production-ready products.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI, LLM, NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with data visualization using Matplotlib and Seaborn.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Competency in SQL and NoSQL database systems and Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
