Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, transforming business requirements and proof-of-concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional AI solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor AI models in production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure scalability and quality.
• Collaborate with data scientists on data preprocessing and algorithm selection.
• Transform proof-of-concepts into robust production products.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML development.
• Proven track record of transforming at least 3 POCs into production-ready products.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI, LLM, NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision.
• Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn for data manipulation and visualization.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Competency in SQL, NoSQL databases, and Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
