Responsibilities

• Execute site reliability engineering tasks including monitoring, alerting, and incident analysis.
• Measure KPIs and provide actionable feedback based on metrics and escalations.
• Manage infrastructure as a service components, including hypervisors and routing.
• Operate within Agile environments using SCRUM and Kanban frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional experience in infrastructure or systems engineering.
• VMware Tanzu Application Server.
• VMware ESX Hypervisor.
• VMware NSX-T routing.
• Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) management.
• VMware Tanzu Observability Wavefront for monitoring and logging.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
