Description

Lead technical development and guide the team through complex implementation queries in an Agile scrum-based model.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into information architecture and software development plans.
• Guide the development team to ensure adherence to established technical plans and project milestones.
• Execute build and deployment tasks using Maven, ANT, and Jenkins.
• Maintain high-quality standards through technical documentation and JUnit testing.
• Resolve complex implementation queries within the Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with a full-stack development background.
• Expertise in J2EE Design Patterns, Hibernate, and Spring MVC.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Struts, and Web Services.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS including Oracle and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and version control using GIT.
• Experience using Eclipse IDE and Maven, ANT, or Jenkins for builds.
• Proven ability to build and execute JUnit tests.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
