Description

Lead the design and implementation of network inventory systems within Tier-1 operator environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the ONAP A&AI subsystem, including build details and architecture.
• Develop network inventory schemas and models for VNF, CNF, and PNF using DSE and Janusgraph.
• Build REST APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and standard open-source build toolsets.
• Manage inventory data migrations, ingestion, analytics, and topology services.
• Set up full ONAP environments and specific A&AI subsystems within lab environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network inventory systems and modeling at scale.
• Hands-on expertise with ONAP A&AI subsystem design and implementation.
• Deep experience with distributed graph databases, specifically DataStax Enterprise (DSE) and Janusgraph.
• Proven expertise in modeling VNF, CNF, and PNF within ONAP-AAI based systems.
• Strong development skills in Java and Spring Boot for microservices.
• Direct experience with Linux and virtual environments including AWS, OpenStack, and Azure.
• Knowledge of network service onboarding and integration within ONAP.
• Understanding of ONAP Release-4 (Dublin) architecture, workflows, and dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Status as an ONAP contributor or maintainer of the ONAP open-source project.
