Lead development of well-designed, testable, and efficient web applications and services in Cracow, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient, testable code and maintain technical documentation for all development activities.
• Troubleshoot and debug software to optimize performance and system stability.
• Investigate new technologies and present alternatives for architectural review to support continuous improvement.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to inform product delivery.
• Apply software quality assurance and SOLID design principles throughout the project life cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong .NET knowledge, including .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience with ASP.NET and ASP.NET Web API.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL database development.
• Solid understanding of architecture and design fundamentals.
• Experience with agile methodologies and the full project life cycle.
• Knowledge of testing tools and quality processes.
• Practical understanding of estimation methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Polish.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD).
