Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Architect, design, and develop complex, scalable full-stack applications.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to established coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in production environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in React.js, React Native, or Next.js.
• Experience with Node.js or Laravel.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, and other relational databases.
• Expertise in RESTful API design and integration.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a technical role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Expertise in application security best practices.
