Description

Lead end-to-end integration for Workday HCM projects, owning design, build, testing, and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration track by collaborating with business and IT teams to design and implement solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create high-level design artifacts.
• Develop and implement Workday integrations, reports, and business process customizations using native tools.
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting data issues and resolving process flaws.
• Conduct acceptance testing, develop test conditions, and document technical solutions throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, roll-out, upgrade, or support projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Studio, and Advanced Report Writer.
• Proficiency with Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Calculated Fields, and XML/XSLT.
• Experience with Workday Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, and BIRT Reporting.
• Knowledge of HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to perform performance tuning for reports and integration code.
• Experience in Workday production support and troubleshooting security configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large, complex ERP projects within a team environment.
• Deep understanding of data flows and integrations with third-party systems.
