You will lead the end-to-end integration track for Workday HCM projects, driving the design, build, and testing phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integrations track by collaborating with business teams and IT to design, build, and test solutions.
- Create high-level design artifacts and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement Workday integrations, reports, and business process customizations using native tools.
- Provide production support, including researching system problems, troubleshooting data issues, and resolving process flaws.
- Conduct acceptance testing, develop test conditions, and document technical solutions throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, roll-out, upgrade, or support projects.
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Studio, and Advanced Report Writer.
- Proficiency in Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Calculated Fields, and XML/XSLT.
- Experience with Workday Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, and BIRT Reporting.
- Knowledge of HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to perform performance tuning for reports and integration code.
- Experience in Workday production support and troubleshooting security configurations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on large, complex ERP projects within a team environment.
- Deep understanding of data flows and integrations with third-party systems.
