• Lead technical workstreams within the HCM landscape.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in HCM technology roles.
• Deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Core HR modules.
• Experience configuring and managing Absence Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
