Description

Lead development and maintenance of Java-based systems and databases in a global delivery environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex applications using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Manage and optimize database operations within Sybase ASE or SQL Server environments.
• Build and implement RESTful web services.
• Operate within Unix or Linux systems to manage deployments and builds.
• Collaborate with global teams to meet technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java and database development.
• Proficiency with Sybase ASE or SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate.
• Experience with Spring IOC (v3) and Spring MVC.
• Experience building RESTful web services.
• Working knowledge of Unix or Linux systems.
• Experience with IDEs, version control systems, and build/deployment tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive experience.
