Description

Lead technical implementation, design, and maintenance of IBM Sterling OMS solutions for the Calgary, Alberta, Canada location.

Responsibilities

• Map business requirements to Sterling OMS solution designs and product extensions.
• Configure system parameters to achieve designed flow behaviors and manage end-to-end OMS flows.
• Lead offshore teams in the design and build of assigned modules.
• Perform root cause analysis for high-impact incidents and execute bug fixes or enhancement requests.
• Represent the technical team in client discussions, status reporting, and integration calls with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS.
• Proficiency in creating Design Documents and Configuration Parameters.
• Experience with Unit Test case design and System Test Support.
• Ability to use Jira and ServiceNow for incident management.
• Strong technical communication and written skills for status reporting.
• Capacity to identify and raise technical risks.
• Availability to support off-hours and holidays for production downtime or high-impact issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IBM Sterling OMS deployments and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience mentoring a team of 3-5 members.
