Description

Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Java and database systems in a global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and relational databases.
• Implement RESTful web services to support system functionality.
• Manage code through version control systems and oversee build and deployment processes.
• Operate within Unix or Linux environments to support application lifecycle requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java and Database development (Sybase ASE or SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Spring IOC (v3) and Spring MVC.
• Experience building RESTful web services.
• Proficiency with Unix or Linux systems.
• Working knowledge of IDEs, version control systems, and build/deployment tools.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; alternatively, 3 years of progressive experience in the specialty for every year of education.
