Lead end-to-end implementation of Python-based backend projects, designing scalable software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of server-side backend project implementation using Python.
• Design and develop scalable software solutions applying Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Manage data persistence and automation tasks using SQL and Unix shell scripting.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align technical delivery with stakeholder requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Python server-side backend programming.
• 4+ years of professional Information Technology experience.
• Hands-on experience with Django and core Python frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data management and querying.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting for automation and system management.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RESTful APIs, data structures, algorithms, and multi-threading.
• Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems including Hadoop, Spark, and Scala.
