Description

Lead technical delivery and quality engineering across the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to elicit requirements and define application architecture and high-level design artifacts.
• Deliver high-quality code for specific modules and lead validation for all testing types.
• Manage project scoping, estimation, and the creation of project charters alongside subject matter experts.
• Support implementation, transition, and warranty phases while managing technology and performance engineering.
• Lead testing projects within Telecom OSS/BSS environments using Agile and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience leading testing projects in Telecom OSS/BSS.
• Strong proficiency in DevOps, Agile, and SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience using Jira for project and task management.
• Ability to define automation strategies and work with open-source test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of programming languages, architecture frameworks, and design principles.
• Proven people management skills and ability to drive technical improvements.
• Competency in estimation methodologies and quality processes.
• Knowledge of CLAClARIFY, AEM, NetCracker, Cramer, Pega, or Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Agile Certification.
• Experience in mobility testing.
