You will lead technical delivery, manage team deliverables, and drive high-quality software development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assign and track team deliverables to ensure project completion.
• Apply design patterns to solve complex technical problems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research new technical areas to propose functional solutions and design improvements.
• Coordinate development efforts with other design and professional teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java-J2EE development.
• Extensive expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, jQuery Plugins, and JSON.
• Professional experience with React, Angular, and advanced JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive web development and cross-platform code.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and development using J2EE frameworks.
• Experience with Web Services (Restful) and JMS MQ services.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology with Mainframe Programming experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Jenkins, GIT, Chef, and continuous integration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as XP, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Knowledge of Secure Coding Practices including Fortify and Black Duck Scan.
