Description

Lead solutions design, configuration, and delivery for Coupa and SAP Source to Pay systems, including intelligent automation and integration with legacy SAP applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutions design and configuration for Coupa, covering Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Invoicing, and Catalog Management.
• Configure global Coupa processes including approval workflows, custom fields, chart of accounts, PO forms, and security roles.
• Integrate Coupa with legacy SAP systems for transactional and master data interfaces in Source to Pay.
• Write functional specifications for WRICEF objects and prepare test cases for UAT and client validation.
• Gather business requirements and document implementation details to support technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Coupa configuration and implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP Source to Pay, including Smart Contract Management and Spend Analytics.
• Experience with Coupa data loads and master data management (Suppliers, Materials, Accounting).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Systems and integration mapping.
• Ability to create functional specification documents for development.
• Experience leading technical delivery and solving complex business problems.
