Lead technical implementation for Salesforce CRM solutions, focusing on development and platform architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce development and implementations with a focus on technical execution.
  • Design and implement Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, and batch processes.
  • Manage the full development lifecycle, including deployment and packaging via Metadata API, ChangeSet, and Ant.
  • Integrate Salesforce with on-premise systems using WebServices and third-party tools like CastIron or Boomi.
  • Enforce coding standards, security implementations, and deployment best practices.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Force.com, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud implementation experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
  • Strong command of triggers, batch processes, and controllers.
  • Experience with APIs and WebServices.
  • Knowledge of Force.com integration technologies.
  • Experience with Metadata API, ChangeSet, and Ant for deployment.
  • Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CastIron or Boomi for integration.
