Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade, highly scalable JEE applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Java-based applications using modern design patterns.
• Develop enterprise software using Java 1.8+, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
• Interpret technical and business objectives to implement solutions for ambiguous problems.
• Drive Agile practices including build automation, pair programming, and testing automation.
• Collaborate across diverse stakeholder environments and global delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and software development.
• Extensive experience with Java 1.8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring 4.x/5.x.
• 1+ years of professional experience in GoLang.
• Strong background in REST and SOAP APIs (JAX-RS).
• Expertise in Java testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, and Power Mockito.
• Experience with Microservices, ORM frameworks, JPA, JDBI, or Mybatis.
• Proficiency in Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with ReactJS/AngularJS and relational databases such as Oracle, db2, or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Splunk, AppDynamics, or Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or ELK integration.
• CSM or PMI ACP certification.

4+ years of experience in Agile environments and application design. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
